We are located on Whitchurch Lane, a 3 minute walk from Canons Park Underground Station (Jubilee line). Bus numbers 79, 186 and 340 stop just outside our practice.

Parking and facilities

Parking: Parking is limited on site, although there is plenty of parking on Longcrofte Road with a restriction between 2-3pm.

Facilities:The practice is on the ground floor and accessible to wheelchairs.

Maryam Izadi Specialist Orthodontist

BDS (2002); MFDS RCS (2004); MSc (2009); MOrth RCS (2009); FDS RCS (2011)

GDC No: 81129

Roles and responsibilities: Maryam carried out both her undergraduate dental and postgraduate orthodontic training at Guys Hospital, King's College London. She did further training as a senior registrar at The Royal London Hospital. Maryam has been a Consultant Orthodontist since 2012 and work at Northwick Park Hospital. As a consultant she treats complex cases such as those born with a few missing teeth and patients requiring orthognathic jaw surgery. She also teach and train dentists training to become orthodontists. At Angle House, Maryam enjoys creating beautiful smiles for both children and adults using a variety of orthodontic techniques including ceramic brackets as well as aligners. She practices evidence-based orthodontics and keep her knowledge and skills up to date. Maryam is a member of the British Dental Association and the British Orthodontic Society.

Hobbies: Swimmig, yoga, family and friends

Chandni Patel Specialist Orthodontist

BDS Hons (2013), MFDS RCPSG (2015), MOrth RCSEd (2019)

Roles and responsibilities: Chandni is committed to providing excellent orthodontic care to children and adults, with an interest in smile aesthetics and offers a wide range of treatments. She has a friendly mannerism and creates a comfortable environment for her patients.

Chandni graduated in 2013 with a number of distinctions and prizes. She was awarded the UBHT Gold medal for the most outstanding dental student at the University of Bristol. During her postgraduate training in Orthodontics, she was nationally awarded the prestigious William Houston Gold medal for the most outstanding performance in the UK for the Membership in Orthodontics with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

Hobbies: Outside of orthodontics, Chandni enjoys eating out, travelling and yoga.

Louiza Murphy Receptionist / Treatment Co-Ordinator

Roles and responsibilities: Louiza is a dedicated receptionist, she enjoys communicating and interacting with patients. In her role as a treatment coordinator, she aims to provide a high standard of care for all patients. Luiza works closely with clinicians to ensure good communication and strives to create a relaxed environment and great patient experience.

Hobbies: Travelling, music, gym, spending time with family and friends is very important to me, I have a passion for performing arts and musical theatre

Corina Train Practice Manager

Roles and responsibilities: Corina qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2012. She has always been very eager to learn and develop new skills, she would always approach all challenges head-on! Since qualifying as a Dental Nurse, she gained experience and knowledge in various roles within dentistry which supported her to become a Practice Manager in 2018.

Hobbies: Corina describes herself as hardworking, bubbly and caring; she takes pride in her work and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure patients’ expectations are exceeded so that they leave the practice with a smile (a beautiful one!).
Outside of work, Corina explores new places with her son Daniel. She has a keen interest in tennis, she loves socialising but also enjoys a quiet evening in with Netflix!
